Explicitly about a year of preparation, but exactly more than a decade Drummer/Founder MyungHo Wang dreamed of his own band, of unclear in his mind and but 'Death metal' itself.

In need of desiring for Death Metal, Guitarist Joong-Gon Jeong(Dark Mirror ov Tragedy, Metamorphosis(of South Korea)) and Vocalist YoungSeop Jeong (Long-time friend and occasionally Band-mate of MyungHo Wang) are Joined, and they formed 'Formal Apathy' by joining Bassist Jaeho Shin(Current Band-mate of MyungHo Wang) later.

Preparing their very first material, They played as Supporting act for Defeated Sanity and Krisiun Live in Korea. Those several stages were proves of how much times they've prepared, and hunger for playing Death Metal in public.
